What Is Good Health?

Health, as defined by the World Health Organization, is “an entire state of total physical, mental and emotional well-being and not just the absence of sickness and disease.” A number of definitions have also been used over the years for different medical purposes. For a simple definition, health is viewed as having a sense of being emotionally, physically, and socially healthy. It is the ability to perceive one’s health in all three areas.
